 How long does shipping take?

• Shipping within Canada typically takes 3-15 business days, depending on your location.

 Can I cancel my order?

• Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the shipping process starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

• Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

 Do you ship outside of Canada?

• At the moment, we only ship within Canada and the US.
